Exchange and Cancellation Policy

Pankhudi is committed to providing a hassle-free shopping experience for our valued customers. We offer a "100% Buyer Protection Program" with certain terms and conditions in place. Please review the following before making a purchase:

1. All sale, discounted, and purchases made with a coupon or gift voucher are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. Kindly refer to the size chart carefully for sale products.

2. Size Exchange: If you face any size issues with the delivered product, please contact us at pankhudi.fashions@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. If reverse pickup is available at your pin code, we will arrange for a pickup and resend the product. The customer is responsible for the reverse pickup charges, which amount to Rs 250. Please note that reverse pickup may not be available in certain areas. In such cases, the customer is requested to return the product with their name and mobile number on the package. Size exchanges are only allowed for size-related issues. Exchange for a different product will not be issued. In cases where the desired size is out of stock, a credit note will be provided.

3. Return: We regretfully do not accept returns for sold items.

4. Damaged/Wrong Delivery: If you receive a damaged/defective product or an incorrect item, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace the product using the fastest available courier service. Please note that our products undergo a rigorous 3-layer quality check before shipping. If any issues arise, we will promptly resolve them.

5. Only unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged products with intact labels, tags, and original packaging are eligible for exchange.

6. It is mandatory to record an opening video of the parcel for the first time, failing which we cannot proceed with the exchange process.

7. Can I cancel my order? Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation. Cash on Delivery orders can be canceled within 24 hours by calling us at 9818861507 or contacting us at pankhudi.fashions@gmail.com.

8. Why is my exchange not accepted? We strive to ensure seamless transactions on our website and maintain the highest quality standards. Exchange/return is not accepted if the customer simply does not like the material or color of the dress. We recommend reading the product description and reviewing all pictures before placing an order. Please note that variations in color, finish, and overall look may occur due to human handling processes and differences in device screens and lighting conditions. We have made every effort to display the colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee exact color representation. Exchange/return is not accepted for washed and worn products. Additionally, purchases from the SALE section are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. Credit vouchers issued for exchange are valid for 30 days.

9. When the desired size of the exchange product is not available, the credit note will be emailed to you. The credit can be used within 30 days on the Pankhudi website. Please ensure that the credit is utilized in a single transaction.
